SWIFT Alliance Cloud Implementation

In 2023, AIX implemented SWIFT Alliance Cloud on AWS to provide secure connectivity to the global SWIFT financial messaging network. I managed the end-to-end implementation and the integration architecture, including security controls, deployment and supporting components. The project was a good example of cloud adoption in a regulated environment: the goal was not cloud for its own sake, but greater flexibility and scalability, lower operational risk and a simpler operating model while meeting financial-industry requirements.
