Nasdaq Matching Engine on AWS

AIX deployed Nasdaq exchange technology, including the matching engine, in AWS. I led project delivery and solution architecture, coordinating the exchange, Nasdaq, cloud, security and operational requirements around a business-critical platform. The migration was about performance, availability, sustainability and cost efficiency, but also about creating a more agile operating model where infrastructure could be provisioned and changed much faster than in a traditional environment.
