AIX Cloud Infrastructure Transformation
Building a fully cloud-based technology environment for an international stock exchange.
From 2019 to 2024, I defined target architecture and led cloud-transformation work across the AIX technology landscape. The programme covered infrastructure modernisation, platform integration, resilience and operational readiness for business-critical trading and post-trade services.
The transformation was gradual and pragmatic: each workload had to satisfy regulatory, security, availability and operational requirements rather than simply being moved to the cloud.
